1. How we store your data
Our service acts as a quick bridge for your digital files and links. When you upload something to our platform, it is stored in secure buckets specifically so you can share it with others. We believe in keeping the internet clean, so we use an automatic system that deletes data once it is no longer needed.
Standard Sharing: For most users, files are permanently deleted from our R2 storage system after the time you select. This is usually 7 or 30 days. Once a file is deleted, it is gone forever and nobody can recover it.
2. Rules for using the service
By using Files2QR, you agree to use the platform for honest and legal purposes. We do not allow the uploading of harmful software, viruses, or illegal files. You must also make sure you own the rights to any material you share through our system.
We respect the hard work of creators and follow all valid DMCA takedown rules. If you find that your copyrighted work is being shared here without your permission, please contact our team at report@file2qr.cloud so we can take action immediately.
3. Privacy and Zero-Tracking Policy
Our commitment to privacy is absolute: We do not track our users. This platform is engineered to function without the collection of personal identifiers, browsing habits, or geographical data. We do not build user profiles, and we never monetize user information.
The service operates as a secure, stateless bridge. All file transfers are processed via Cloudflare’s global edge network and are subject to strictly enforced automatic purging logic. Once a file reaches its expiration threshold, it is permanently deleted from the network with no residual data retained by our service.
Service Transparency
To maintain a high-performance free tier, we utilize Google for third-party advertising. While these vendors may utilize cookies to serve relevant content, we personally do not collect, store, or have access to any data generated by these third-party services.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time via the Google Ads Settings page. We prioritize full transparency regarding how this service remains accessible to everyone.
4. Responsibility and Liability
We provide this service as it is, without any specific guarantees. Files2QR and the developer Annnon are not responsible for any data loss or issues that might happen while using the site. You are responsible for the files you choose to share, and you do so at your own risk.
